The idea of the collective is to let you foster and grow your own personal business.  Our clients are the bread and butter of our purpose/business, and their relationship with you wins out against a shop everytime.  For that reason we believe that the best way to set you up for success is letting you be in control of your clients, scheduling, and finances with your own personal POS system.  As an independent barber you have complete autonomy to do things your way, without the hassle/risk of managing your own shop/studio.  While there is some business assembly, monetary investment,  and learning curve if coming from a commission shop, the long term benefits outweigh the short term learning curve.  In a business where we all want to be our own boss, this format is the ultimate autonomy.
